Special Events
Lots of Love Ministry and volunteers believe that every individual whether living in a shelter or experiencing homelessness—deserves to feel valued, remembered, and celebrated especially during special holidays. Our mission is to bring hope, dignity, encouragement and joy to those in need by providing thoughtful gifts and essential items that remind them they are loved and not forgotten.
Throughout the year, we distribute snack bags, socks, t-shirts, personal care items, clothes and seasonal necessities to families and individuals. During many of our outreach events, we also host Bingo games and raffles that allow participants to win additional essential and seasonal items in a fun and welcome environment.
In addition, we celebration special holidays by hosting outreach events and presenting meaningful gifts for Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas.
These celebrations are designed to uplift the spirits of families, and individuals living in community shelters and our unsheltered neighbors while creating moments of hope, love and lasting memories.
